TrackPort is the first app dedicated to earning carriers the detention pay you deserve!

How many times have you arrived at the receiver, only to be greeted by the slowest unloading dock employees to ever lift a box? Then you find yourself wasting hours waiting for them to finally finish. Every few hours youre kept waiting costs you hundreds in lost time you could be using to make your next delivery and gas wasted to keep your load refrigerated while the recipient unpacks your trailer.

Although almost every brokerage will claim to compensate you for excessive time spent waiting in detention, almost none of them make good on this promise. The most common excuse we hear is that "you do not have enough proof to validate how much time you spent in detention, and your word is not good enough for us, so were sorry, but we will not pay you what you deserve for waiting in detention."

We think that this is unacceptable.

That is why we built TrackPort! With our app, you can generate simple invoices based upon the time you arrive at the location you input in the app. It only involves 3 simple steps:

1. Sign in to the app
2. Click Track order which will allow you to type your order details into our system to begin tracking the order when you tap "track"
3. Geofences are generated around the location you identified which will log when you arrive and leave the delivery location, all you have to do to send this information to your associated brokerage is tap "generate invoice" and we will automatically email an invoice for your completed order to both you and your brokerage so that everyone knows how much detention pay you deserve

Eventually TrackPort will expand to process these payments to speed up the delivery of your detention pay from arriving in weeks to seconds after the order is completed. Stay tuned for updates and improvements!
